Emily Picard Schmitt

Emily is the daughter of John Patrick Schmitt and Sylvia Yvonne Picard.

She received her undergraduate degree from Harvard University and worked in Washington, DC, for a time before returning to Harvard to work towards a graduate degree at the John F. Kennedy School of Government.
